I have created a worksheet for 5 users in a department. When user 1,2,3,4 uses the worksheet, I want cell A1 to shown their respective name (this is done). My question is: when user 5 use the worksheet, I want cell A1 to show a drop down list (Data>Validation) showing the name of user 1,2,3,4. Can this be done?
