drop down list

I just posted about dhtml, it seems the j.s does work for the numbered list,
but not for the fly -out effects.
my next question would be how to get this numbered list to work as a drop
down list? When I create the list, I can see the full list when previewed,
and the box to 'initially collapse' is not checked.
Is it possible to disply a word, then have a list drop down to display other
words when clicked or moused over?

Not w/ a drop down list but you can use DHTML menus as at
