Drop down list

I have a data bas of all out work and I want to add a colum at the end to
make a comment. there are 10 different comments. Instead of typing the
comment for 150 rows I want a drop down list to list the 10 comments so I
can just choose which one it is instead of re-typing it.
how do I do this?

Maybe you can see if the "Validation..." option in the
"Data" menu can help you out. This is a way to have a drop-
down list in a cell and, once you have set it satisfyingly
in one cell you could copy it down as much as you need it.

On the other hand the auto-fill feature in Excel could be
enough to have this, especially if you add your comments
just one line after another.
