drop down list

hello guys,

a little hepl please, i would like to add a drop down list like this on the form im currently working.

i tried the basic drop down on the developers section but i cannot find the same look as on the attached photo.

Your image suggests the dropdown is a dropdown formfield, which is accessed via the 'Legacy Tools' button in the 'Controls' group on the Ribbon's 'Developer' tab.
