Drop Down List

My drop down list is blank even though there are entries in the table.

What am I doing wrong. My other drop down lists are working fine.

Thanks,

Do the drop down list (combobox, listbox) properties have the table listed as
Row Source Type? Is that table listed in Row Source?

Are you perhaps running Access 2003 with the SP3 service pack installed? The
SP3 service pack and it's buggier than the Great Dismal Swamp! One of the
most common bug reported involves comboboxes with disappearing data! The
field(s) in the cbo, in the underlying table, have some kind of formatting in
place. This is often the simple > used to force UpperCase. Remove any
formatting from the fields and things should work short term, but the
definitive solution is to install the hotfix for SP3.

Here's a link to Allen Browne's site where you can find the latest news about
these bugs, as well a link to the Hotfix:

Does column count equal 1 or more? Does List Width greater than 0 or not
blank? Is the Bound Column one that has data in it?

I am not sure how this happened but The selection type indicates a text box.
Can I change this to Combo box on the form?

In form edit mode, select the control. Then go to Format > Change to > Combo
Box.
