Drop Down lists available in Word from Excel

I am making about 20 lists in paragraph form a day. I have a list in excel of
each entry.
Can I get the very long list to be available in word?
I create a paragraph with about 25 entries from this list each time...and it
has to look nice for my client's.

Use Copy and Paste.
