Drop Down Lists

It is possible to alter the selections of one drop down list based on the
selection in another drop down list?

Example:

Drop Down 1 - Jon Doe
Drop Down 2 - Macon
Atlanta
Valdosta

Drop Down 1 - Jane Doe
Drop Down 2 - Savannah
Athens
Columbus

If you select Jon Doe, you cannot see Savannah, Athens and Columbus. If you
select Jane Doe, you cannot see Macon, Atlanta and Valdosta.

does this make sense?
