Drop Down Menu actions

I'm creating a drop down menu, and I would like the choice I select on this
drop down menu to affect another table. For example, I want to have numbers
1 - 15, and depending on which number I choose, I would like the chose number
of a specific table to appear below. How do I accomplish this? Thank you in

What sort of drop down menu and where do you want to display the table?
