Drop-Down Menu in a Viso Shape

Is it possible to create a drop-down menu as part of a Visio Shape?

I would like to have a short 4 entry drop-down menu to fill in part of a
custom organizational position shape for an Org-Chart to better ensure
consitancy when used by others.

If you want to modify an Org Chart shape then you'll need to edit the
respective master in your document stencil - checkout points 1 to 4 under
the 'Walkthrough - Visio' part of this post:
