Drop down menu limited to 25 words?

Why is the Drop Down Menu limited to 25 words, and if possible can you
increase the number of words to more than 25 words. When inserting a Drop
Down Menu field in Word, it only allows 25 words to be displayed.

I tried to do what you said but it does not give me what I wanted. I followed
the directions and all it gave me was a box that when I drop down the menu it
already has these words Zero, One, Two, Three in it . I can not add any words
to this drop down. I wanted to use a box that was like the original one so I
can add more than 25 words to it. Unless I did something wrong this is not
what I wanted. It seems that the original should allow you to put as many
words, phrases, Names etc. as you want in this box. I think that whomever
does the programming for this should be aware of the limitations of the Drop
Down Menu and increase the amount of words you can add to it.
