Drop down menu that sets up of several lines of standard text

I would like to set up a purchase order template. As I can purchase
only from 13 companies, I would like to set up drop down menu with the
company name, but then as soon as i choose it I would like to get also
the name of contact person, address, fax and telephone number and so
on.
Is there a way to do this as it appears to me that the drop down menu
allows me to enter only one line and not multiple lines.
Anybody got an idea? Thanks
