Drop down menu

I figured out how to make a drop down menu. Now I want to add in more data
when I choose a certain item from my drop down. My sheet is for a meal
planner/daily diet. I want to select each meal and when I select the meal, I
want it to auto put in all the data I have set; fat, carbs, protein,
calories, etc.

For example. I click under breakfast. I select from my list of foods that
I have set on another sheet. i select oatmeal. Once I select oatmeal then
it will auto fill all the info I already have preset. 100 calories, 1 fat, 2
carbs, 3 protein, etc. Once I choose all my meals it will tell me at the
bottom how much calories I'd take in for the day, how much protein, etc.

On my stat sheet I have the columns setup exactly as my meal planner sheet,
so it would cross over seamlessly. I think what I'm looking for is an Access
function, but would like to do it on Excel. Thanks in advance for any help!
