Drop down menus and frames

So now I have figured out the dropdown menu, how do I make the menu not get
cut off in the frames. Basically, it drops down but I don't want to make the
header frame so big that it all has to show. I want it to overlap....Is that
even possible? I sure hope so.

Murray, thanks for the correction, but to make very clear:

Don't use frames or don't use drop downs. You CAN NOT have content on a page that overlaps the frame
the page is loaded in.
