drop down menus

Does anyone know how to insert drop down menus in a
worksheet. It is for a fact gathering programme I am
trying to write. eg. Enter Title - (Mr, Miss, Mrs, Dr,
Rev)and you enter the first inital or press down cursor.

Thanks guys for assistance

Pick a cell, do data / validation / list / Type Mr,Mrs,Dr etc Hit OK and you
are done.
