Drop-Down Navigation

I have seen horizontal navigation bars that drop down to show an expanded
list of choices when you hover over the nav bar with the mouse pointer. An
example is at http://www.cdw.com. What is this technique called? Can this
be done in FP 2002? Thanks!

Regarding all their web components, are there any problems with using ftp
instead of using frontpage publishing to move files to server?
