I am creating a document that includes a drop down populated with names. All is well, however, when I send the document via embedded email, the recipient cannot see the selection. It is blank. I have created in Word 2000. A user with Word 97 can see it, save then resend to me and now I see it. Problem is, I have to make is visible in all version. Anyone have an idea? Thank you in advance

Hi =?Utf-8?B?RGF2aWQgQg==?=,

Word form fields do not convert to HTML. If you want to use form fields and send them as email you have to send the document as an attchment. Otherwise, you should use the Web Tools toolbar to insert the fields.
