drop down style navigation menu

I would like to have a menu with the drop down style, as is used in:
http://18.mlsb.com/mls/search.cfm?cid=2180
I can't seem to find a way to do it with predefined linkbars in FrontPage.

There are commercial products [Google for "DHTML menus using FrontPage
Navigation" ] that will use the FrontPage navigation to generate the
linkbars, but the ones I have looked at (both by AllWebMenus) are pure
JavaScript, and require alternative navigation for JavaScript impaired
browsers.
The menus in the links above can be easily adapted to provide navigation
with or without JavaScript.
