drop list & macro

I am experiencing a similiar problem. I used forms to create a drop down
list and generated a macro by recording information in a below section of a
template. I am trying to determine two things.

1. Bookmark my macro, because right now the macro will only display where
the cursor is.

2. Make the selection of the drop down list to auto populate the desired
selection.

Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To start with, what sort of Form is this? a userform or a document that is
protected for forms.

Perhaps it would be a good idea to show us the macro that you generated "by
recording information in a below section of a template", whatever that
means.

1. A document using protected forms that I plan to make my template.

2. Basically, I have two drop down lists: lists of document type and the
list of documents. The macro recorded is the signature authorities that
should reflect the documents in a table.

For example, I would like to first select a Programmatic section in the
first drop down list then I would like that to give me a selection of all the
programmatic documents. Once I select the documment I would like it to auto
populate a table in the bottom section of the document.

I have created both of the drop down lists, and created a macro using the
tools - Macro and then recording the signature authorities in the table
below. I am not sure how to link the two drop down lists and I am not sure
how to make the list correspond to signature authorities. If you know of a
better way, I am open for suggestions. Thank you so much for any
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
