Drop the navigation pane. Seems useful. Isn't. Folders only please

Don't give me a large window of Favourite Folders. It's in the way - the
opposite to the deigned effect. Either a fully-customisable Favourites Pane
or none at all are the answer. The fact that it's there means I can't have
all I want open in my old 'Folders' window without having to mess about with
buttons at the bottom of the Pane. Let me 'create' a Favourites Window if I
want one. Don't create one for me. A 'Favourite Folders' window is a great
idea - there may be 20 folders available and the user in question only ever
goes to 3 of them. Suggest and help him create a Favourites Pane. Don't
enforce it. As it stands I don't like this potetially useful feature at all
and I'd prefer not to have it.

when you select the Folder list, it should always open to it, if not check
the registry setting for the nav pane
