dropdown box printing

Hi,
I have created an excel spreadsheet with dropdown boxes within the
worksheet. I want to be able to print the data that is displayed in a
dropdown box but I dont want to print the dropdown box itself.....hopefully
I explained it clear. Does anyone know how to accomplish this?

Instead of using comboboxes, you could use Data>Validation to create the
dropdown list. These are only visible when the cell is active. There are
instructions here:

Or, link the combobox to the cell underneath it, and set the combobox
PrintObject property to False.
