Dropdown button list

I would like to add several buttons that seperately expand, when the mouse
hovers over them, into dropdown lists of links throughout my website. I have
tried several different ways, but just can't seem to get it right.
Example: Main Button #1= About Us, Dropdown list = Staff, Supervisors,
History, Mission Main Button #2= Programs, Dropdown list = Shoreland,
Wetlands, Education... and so on.
I am new to FrontPage, so my learning curve is a little steep. Is there a
simple way to create these collapsing lists?
