Dropdown list not in ascending order

Hello, this is probably a stupid question but i can't see to get the data be
in alphabetical order. The list in sharepoint is in ascending order and its
correct but when pulling data from sharepoint into browser enabled form, the
names are out of order. How do I fix that? Thank you for your time.
