Dropped Text

I had a problem with this and found it would only give me
the text that would fit in the text box the size it was
in the design of the form.

If I had the box full width but only one line it would
only give me one line in the word doc. But when I
expanded the text box in the design mode it gave me more
of the info.

I'm having trouble using the "Publish it With MS Word" tool when viewing a report.
The data type in the table is "Memo" so the field will hold 65,535 characters.
If I print a displayed report directly, the text in all fields is complete.
If I export the report as a Snapshot file, it's also OK.
But if I use the "Office Links" "Publish it With MS

Word" tool, text will sometimes be dropped from the
resulting MS Word file. I'm not able to identify any
circumstances that cause this to happen. It may occur mid-
paragraph or at the end. The amount of text in the field
does not seem to have any effect. Nor does use of a
symbol (dollar sign, quotation marks, em dash etc.) seem
to cause a problem.
