DRW

It's been a long time since I have worked with the DRW (version 2000), and I
don't quite know what to do with it anymore. I have some "tips" pages that
show the names of the tip at the top of the page. They are links to the
actual tip at the bottom of the page (both done by DRW). There's about 10-15
to a page, depending on how long they are. Each page has been set up
individually, instead of having the little database type buttons at the
bottom that go automatically to the next page. Then, on each page, I have
made a little index to the other pages (tips page 1, tips page 2, etc)
Everytime I add a page, I have to go back to ALL the pages and add the new
one to the little index. Is there a way I could do this automatically? Have
each page have the index of all pages, and 10-12 tip titles linked to the
tips below - creating each page as needed automatically?

Thanks, Jill

You could use the FP Include Page Component to handle this.

Thanks Thomas,

I understand the include - can it be confined to a right-hand column, or
would it need the whole width of it's page? Also, would this mean that each
page would still have to be set up individually? As it is, I just copy the
existing page, but change the "show if [field] equals 1, or 2, or whatever.
(So the first 10 have a field that says 1, the next 10 say 2, etc. ) Is it
possible to just set "show 12 to a page" and have each page created
automatically? With the include page on each page?

Thanks again, Jill
