When I use the data result wizard to set up the interface it always defaults
to 5 records show on the list.asp page.

I never want just 5 so everytime I click on the yellow set-up and change to
anything other than 5 or unlimited, the delete record box and ID link
disappear?

How can I change the number of records shown without having to have to keep
strating over and over again?

I just tried it again and it is not just changing the number of records
returned.. I just went through and made no changes and when I clicked on
"finish" the "delete record" check box and link from ID are gone!

Open the page in Code or Split View, and find the start of the Database
region - look for

<!--webbot bot="DatabaseRegionStart"

In the grey code, find i-GroupSize="5" and change the number to
whatever you need.
Save the page.
