Could somebody tell me where i should use the ado connection? Should i put

I really need a good explaination on this.

Hi,

You don't need to do anything with it. Access opens one for you,
CurrentProject.Connection, use it if it is required for you to use it.

Hoping it may help,

Hi,

Same thing, if you use Access 2000 or later. CurrentProject.Connection
is available, for ADO, in addition to CurrentDb (for DAO). Forms are based
on DAO, for a mdb, and the default recordset open, with the form, is
Me.RecordsetClone, a DAO recordset, so you generally have no need for an ADO
connection at that stage.
