DSOFile.OleDocumentPropertiesClass can't create object

hello evry bady
i recently upgraded form vs 2005 beta ver to vs 2005 realse.
when i run a project that originally was developed using the beta ver i
am having a problem creating a variable of type
DSOFile.OleDocumentPropertiesClass

"DSOFile.OleDocumentPropertiesClass mDoc = new
OleDocumentPropertiesClass();"

that line was working fine until i upgraded the vs

any body knows what can be the problem ?
