DST tool not working - time still off by 1 hour

I have a recurring appoinment where I am an attendee. Times are correct
until March 10, when the meeting moves forward one hour, and remain off one
hour until April, when they are again correct.

The appointment always displays correctly on the organizers calendar and
other attendees so the problem appears to be my computer. If I uncheck
"automatically adjust clock for daylight savings time" then the appointment
appears correctly in March.

Microsoft Update does not indicate that any DST patches are missing. I ran
TZMOVE sometime around last March - I ran it again now and it found no
incorrect appointments. I uninstalled tzmove and installed the version
released last August and it found no incorrect appointments. I verified the
August time zone update 933360 is installed. Any ideas?

My system:

Windows XP SP2
Outlook 2003 client SP3
Exchange 2003

CHeck to make sure the DST setting in BOTH Windows and Outlook are in
agreement.

Open your recurring appointment and set an end date to the meeting that
should work, if not you can manually chage the time for the meeting for those
three weeks or create a new recurring appointment and sent it.

I'd say you should try installing the TZ patch again.

Got the same issue and we ran the TZmove and patches but stay the
same. Anyone has a suggestion besides unistalling and reinstalling the
TZ patch?

Thanks Omar. This saved me hours of time tracking down. We were having the
same issue where I work. After a little research, I noticed that the root
cause was open ended reoccurring meetings as you had suggested. We will be
sending out a global communication to our users asking them to update their
meetings accordingly. Thanks again.
