If the file was saved before you did the 'save as' then
it was saved to your My Documents folder. A
subsequent 'save as' saves another copy with the name and
location you specify. It does not, however, delete the
original saved document. This is actually a good thing
since a lot of people use old documents as templates for
new/updated ones. They simply open the old document,
save it with a new name and then make the changes they
want to make. Viola...the old document is unchanged, but
they have used it to make a new one.
