Dual Install of Access 97 and Access 2003

When I have both versions of 97 and 2003 installed on my pc I cannot use the
'Link Table Manager' in the first installed version.

We have tried installing 97 first then 2003 and vice versa - only the
version that is loaded last can use this feature.

They are installed in different directories - we have done this on several
pc's

What we see is a blank screen - this list of tables to relink does not show
up.

We need both versions because we are in process of upgrading all apps to
2003 but still need to be able to support the old 97 version. It is not
practical to give everyone 2 pc's.

Has anyone seen this issue or is there a fix? Thanks for your help in
advance!

On the other hand, I've never felt the Linked Table Manager was particularly
useful. I always use my own code to relink tables. See
http://www.mvps.org/access/tables/tbl0009.htm at "The Access Web" for one
approach.
