Dual Personal Folder

I have this happening to a few people in my company. We are using office 2003.
In Outlook they have exact mirrors of personal folders. We want to get rid
of one as it is causing confusion and taking up space. I checked in the data
files area and there is only one mapped. I cannot find where this one is
coming from and how to get rid of it. Any help would help.
Thanks
