Dual Printing

I'm printing a brochure on a laser printer with dual printing capabilities the size of my brochure is 11X17 divided in two panels (landscape). the formatting is identical as far as the size is concern in both sides, but when a print the printing guides don't match therefore when I fold the brochure my half marks for each side do not coincide. How can I fix this problem

There are no known printing issues in any version of Publisher.

This will be an issue with the printer or printer driver.
