Dump a report into Excel

Is there a way to dump (export or DoCmd.OutputTo) an access report into an
EXISTING Excel spreadsheet starting at a selected cell for a specified range?
Or into a selceted worksheet?

The user does not want to have to cut and paste as we are doing it now.

It will always go to cell A 1 in the tab of the the name of the table/
query name (or the name you specify) in the spreadsheet you specify.

To get it to any other cell you need to do excel automation to either
write line it line by line (cell by cell) via vba or to copy the
exported area to a set cell on a separate tab.
