Dump MSAccess base to get SQL definition of the base ?

Hello,

do you know a tool (free) that can read the table structure and data, and
build the SQL statement to build this in another database.
in MySQL, they call it "dump", which seems interesting to move data from a
place to another.
A would like to move some tables to a MySQL base on a server for they will
be loaded with the data from MSAccess and read with php/html pages...
