dump office xp on old computer reload on new computer

I purchased a new computer and have Office XP Professional [2002] loaded on
my old computer. I have teh original Installation ID and Cinfirmation ID #'s.
After dumping the download on the old computer can I reload the original
program to my new computer, basically tranferring the EULA to my new computer?
