duplex print

Mona

I have 2 charts in a workbook that I would like to print duplex. I would
like chartA on front and chartB on back. I have tried to group charts and
then print duplex but I still get 2 pages. Any suggestions? Thank you

If you have the charts on seperate sheets, Click on the first chart tab, hold
the Ctrl key and click on the secont chart tab. They are now both active
sheets and in the print dialogue box select active sheets.

thanks John! I am aware of "grouping" charts to print. The problem I am
having is trying to get 2 charts on 1 page (front and back). When I select
charts and print (even though duplex printing is on) I still get 2 separate
sheets.

I think it might be a printer setting in either the printer or in the print
set up in excel.

I tested my method today and got duplex printing ok as long as both the
chart tabs were active.

I was using Excel 2003
