Hello Larry,
With my HP 2300 and 2600 printers, when the "Print" pane is open you go to
the third pop-down from the top (which reads "Copies & pages"), pop it down
to "Layout" then click the "Long-edged binding" (or short) radio button.
Took me a while to find it originally, too!
