Duplicate and rename

I have am looking utilize a worksheet based macro to duplicate a tab
rename the tab using a counter. For example my tab's name is
WorkOrder. I want to store a macro in the Control Panel tab so when I
click cell j12 I can duplicate and clear the contents of the WorkOrder
(I can do this but I have to manually rename the tab because excel
creates WorkOrder (2) and won't create another until it's renamed). I
also want to rename it based on the date and number of clicks. So if I
needed three work orders today I would have WorkOrder 011311-1,
WorkOrder 011311-2, WorkOrder 011311-3.
