Duplicate Assignment in PWA Timesheet

O

I am an EPM Project Server Administrator we are using Project Pro 2003 SP2
and Project Server with the latest patches up until the one that was recently
recalled.

I have a user who has 2 assignments on her timesheet for the same task in
the same plan. The plan however only reflects one assignment for her for the
task.

The 2 assignments on her timesheet have different owners. If she submits
time on both assignments and both owners accept the updates the last
overwrites the first.

I need to figure out how best to resolve and eliminate the duplicate
timesheet entry.

I have been logging into the assignment owners PWA accounts. I am able to
accept updates and save them to the plan but then I receive notification of
spooler error 0x80004005. I don't want to focus on this error unless it is
truly related to the problem above. Here is the log entry for the spooler
error...

ANYWAY...
The bottom line is i need to get rid of one of these timesheet entries and
want to know the best way to do so. Also, if anyone has an idea of how it
happened that would be valuable information also.

Thanks,
