duplicate attribute

I'm trying to define a Data Connection using the Data Connection
wizard to submit my form to SharePoint. I want to use a field on my
form as the file name. However, when I enter the field in the Data
Connection wizard, i get the error message - "duplicate attribute".
That's it, nothing else. I tried to use different fields on the form,
but it doesn't matter, aways the same error. I'm stumped - any ideas,
wild guesses?
