duplicate attribute

I'm trying to create a Data Connection, using the wizard, to submit my
form to SharePoint. I want to use a field on the form for the File
Name. To enter the File Name, I click on the "Fx" button and then
click "Insert Field or Group", and then choose a field from the form.
No matter which field i choose, i get the error message "duplicate
attribute". This doesn't make any sense to me.

Any ideas?

Did you already had mentinoed to use this field as the form name in the code
anywhere?
