Duplicate Calendar Invites Appear When Mtg Updates Are Sent

A co-worker is having the same issue as "Duplicate Girl"; when she receives
and updated meeting invite it appears two, and sometimes three entries of the
same invite will appear on her calendar. Does anyone have a solution for
this? Would appreciate it:)
