Duplicate copies

I created a fill in form in Word. I need to print two additional copies of the original filled in form, except for different notation in footer, One that states Original Copy, second copy needs to state, Client's Copy and third needs to state Provider's Copy? How can I do this in Word? Also can I duplicate the original using different watermarks on each copy? I don't want to have copy the original and edit it over and over again.
