Hi,

I have a database that maintains information about local businesses
offering students at our school work experience.
There are three tables in the database,
Employer details: Name, address contact details,
etc.
Job details: Nature of the work, start times, special requirements,
health and safety assessments etc. -
There is a primary key in this table called JobRef that pupils write
down to show that they are interested in a job.
Pupil details, Name, date of birth and First choice job, second choice
job, third choice job. -
Pupils write down the jobRef of 3 jobs that they would like to apply
for.
I would like to print out a report that shows 1) each company name, 2)
all the pupils who have this company as their first choice, all those
who have it as their second choice and all those that have it as their
third choice.
I have produced a query that shows me all pupils who have a job as
their first choice.
Another query that shows all pupils that have a job as their second
choice and a third query . . . . .
I’d like a report to show me 1) for each company, all pupils who have
made this their first choice, all those who have it as a second choice
and all as a third choice.
I’ve tried all the ways I can think of. I keep ending up with a
report that shows all the first choice pupils correctly, but repeats
all of the second choice pupils and third choice pupils a number of
times.
Can anyone help?
