Duplicate Data Output

HELP! I've been working with a programmer for the last year and she threw up
her hands and walked out on us. AAAGGGHHH!

I have a report that is printing data from a table twice. I looked at the
table and the data has only been entered once. Any suggestions?

Check the query the report is based on. It probably includes a spurious
table or joins to a child table when it shouldn't.

Are there any subreports? Is the record source actually just a table name?
Are there similar bound controls in the detail and other sections?
Are the duplicate records printing together or does the entire report repeat
from the beginning?

There are no subreports.
The Record Source is a joining of fields from different tables.
No to the bound controls question.
The report prints one copy and repeats the duplicate records from the
beginning.

Your record source is a query not a table. As Pat suggested view your
report's record source in datasheet view and look for duplicates and then
correct the issue.

I believe her use of "spurious" is good diagnosis.
