Duplicate E-mails in Outlook 2002 w/ SP3

Hello,

I have a user who is receiving duplicate e-mails with his Outlook
2002. It's an IMAP account, not POP3 and there is only 1 account. I
installed Office SP3 on his workstation about 3 weeks ago but he has
continued to receive duplicates, however the duplicates only occur
when he either replies to an e-mail or forwards an e-mail. The
workstation is running on Windows 2K Pro which is fully updated and,
as I said, Outlook 2002 (the Office XP suite is installed) with the
Office SP3.
