duplicate email messages

I am suddenly getting duplicate emails in my inbox. How do I delete the duplicates and why am I suddenly getting them

I can help with the how, but not the why. There are many reasons you can get
duplicates and I would be guessing to know what caused it.

To get rid of duplicates use one of the scripts to remove duplicates.

I'm getting duplicates of everything I send. Are there any scripts for
that?

Also, what is a script and how do you use it???

You must have a rule that is creating the duplicates. Check outgoing rules.

The scripts remove messages regardless of source.

I don't know how to use the rules in Entourage!

Under the Help menu, select Entourage Help and look up Rules. You'll see
lots of options about creating, editing, and applying rules. To see what
rules you currently have, check out Rules on the Tools menu.
