duplicate emails/blocked senders

hi all

when i send emails this is duplicated in the "sent items" folder one in
the account (MAPI) that i sent from and again in the other.

am missing an RSS folder as well in another account.

also in tools menu>options>the preferences tab under the heading "email" the
"junk email" button says"permanently delete SUSPECTED junk email instead of
moving it to the junk email folder"

does that mean it will ONLY block email getting to my inbox from my "blocked
senders list" or does it mean something else.

can i take this moment to thank you inadvance for your response.
