duplicate emails in Exchange 2003/Office 2003

Folks,

I have an Exchange 2003 SP2/Office 2003 environment - approx. 40 users.

Last week 2 users received duplicate e-mails dating back approx. 2-3 weeks -
completely out of the blue. First time this has occured. Have been informed
AV on PCs is up to date.

I checked the Event viewer, AntiVirus & email filter on the Exchange server
- no issues. Haven't been able to check the PCs in depth yet.

Any tips on what to look for?
