I just migrated over to Verizon Fios, and as soon as I created my email
account for Verizon I started getting duplicate emails from the Verizon
account only. I have 3 accounts pulled into Outlook. After working with
Verizon and Microsoft, the fix was to create a new profile in Outlook.
Click Start, then right click the email icon at the top and select
properties. Then show profiles, then add a new profile with all of the
accounts you have, and make it the primary by selecting the always use this
profile.
That resolved the issue. Hope this helps someone else.
